A core principle of the Community Quilting Bee has always been connectivity. As a form of solidarity, we created two 36″ x36″ quilts to be raffled off. All funds collected for this raffle will be used to buy eSIMs via Connecting Humanity.

The 2021 theme, Our Envisioned Futures, was inspired by a use of science fiction, fantasy, and visionary fiction alongside radical organizing to think about how to build liberated futures as an activating process.
We partnered with Dear Diary Perzine Fest to create a quilt inspired by feelings of vulnerability; stories of inclusion, overcoming, undercoming, celebration, sadness, and anything else that inspires the transformative power of sharing oneself.
